Study Centre at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Bonn
Dear participants,
We look forward to welcoming you to our COPLANT Study Centre in Bonn.
The Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Bonn is home to one of seven COPLANT study centres across Germany. From summer 2023, interested study participants from the region can register to take part. A total of 800 people with different diets (mixed diet, pescetarian, vegetarian and vegan) will be comprehensively surveyed and examined at the Bonn study centre over the next few years. By taking part, you are actively contributing to answering the questions about the connections between nutrition and health in relation to the different diets.
At the Bonn site, research is focussed in particular on nutrition surveys, which are carried out using the specially developed NutriDiary smartphone app.
